Buying from our shop
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We do not charge for United Kingdom orders which we usually post via for second class post via Royal Mail.

We reserve the right to use couriers including but not exclusive UPS and DHL. If you have any questions regarding posting please email us at info@dandelionstamps.com
We are currently not sending internationally currently but this will change soon – so please watching and sign up for our newsletter – so you will be notified as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet the above requirements.
If the parcel is returned because you did not pick it up from your local sorting office, or supplied an incorrect address, then you will be liable for postal charges incurred by us. If a returned order is subsequently cancelled there will be a restocking fee along with any postal and packing charges incurred by us over and above that already paid.
Pre-ordering a product is considered a special order and as such you cannot cancel the item (s).
Once you have paid for your order you will receive a confirmation of your order and once the order is posted you will receive a further email advising the posting of your order.
If we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you and refund for item (s) that are not in stock.
We post most orders within 24 hours of receiving the order and we post Monday – Saturday.
We cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier or postal service.
